Product FAQ
Are the plates compatible with all hex types?
Yes! All the HexSol Plates are compatible with all hexes.
There is a Riser hex that we sell that is generally only useful if you use in conjunction with the HexSol Mini, but besides that you're good to go.
What games does this work best with?
So many! The large HexSol system works best with games that don't have a large central board or have so many components that you need a large amount of table space anyway. The HexSol Mini works well in smaller games or games that have a larger board to work around.
Quacks of Quedlinburg (Large)
Star Wars Outer Rim (Large)
Gloomhaven (two minis!)
Arc Nova (Mini)
Wingspan / Wyrmspan (Mini or Large)
Pandemic (Mini)
These are all really good games that utilise the system well.
What materials are used in the product?
The HexSol system is made from PLA plastic with steel bearings for the highest quality spin.
Is this BPA free?
Yes completely BPA free :)
